JDi Data, a South Florida data solutions company, designed an innovative way to reduce risk and save money. JDi data created CTrax which is a new software that tracks certificates of insurance (COI) on an online database.
As more and more colleges and universities continue to outsource and subcontract it is important for the schools to be able to access the vendors or subcontractors certificate of insurance easily. The possession of the COT will assure the school that the contractor’s insurance will cover anything that could go wrong during the completion of a job.
Instead of manually inputting updated data, CTax automatically updates insurance profiles upon receiving renewal from the service provider. Once a user defines the parameters, the software does the remaining tasks.
Unlike the outdated methods of filing away documents, JDi has designed a method that will allow CTrax to automatically obtain information from the COT. CTrax use of the cutting edge system Optical Character Recognition will autofill information into the data base save the schools time.
With CTrax, schools will see a return on investments. Less risk will be taken with use of CTrax which will allow more time to be spent on other tasks. Thus allowing the schools to increase productivity. JDi Data’s goal is to lower operating cost for the clients that they serve.
Schools should invest in CTrax because it also protects the students with the outside vendors and subcontractors.
